Pre-Owned 2022 Hyundai Tucson SE AWD in North Little Rock, AR

The 2022 Hyundai Tucson SE represents the entry-level trim in Hyundai’s redesigned Tucson lineup, balancing affordability with a suite of essential features aimed at delivering value to consumers. As the base model among four trims-SE, SEL, Limited, and N-Line-the SE is equipped with practical design elements such as 17-inch alloy wheels and LED daytime running lights that contribute to its modern aesthetic while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Inside, the cabin prioritizes comfort through five-passenger cloth seating and a driver seat adjustable in six ways, alongside functional conveniences like a 60/40 split-fold rear seat that enhances cargo versatility. Technology integration includes an 8-inch touchscreen supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, complemented by six speakers and multiple USB outlets that ensure connectivities for all passengers. Safety remains a focus with standard features such as Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with pedestrian detection and Driver Attention Warning systems. Performance-wise, the Tucson SE is powered by a 1.6-liter inline four-cylinder engine generating 187 horsepower paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission driving the front wheels. This configuration yields competitive fuel economy ratings of approximately 26 mpg city and 33 mpg highway. While this powertrain delivers adequate acceleration for everyday driving scenarios, critiques have noted that it lacks the responsiveness found in some rivals’ offerings. Technological enhancements within this trim aim to improve driver convenience without overwhelming complexity. Overall, the Tucson SE offers a blend of contemporary design cues alongside fundamental performance capabilities suited for consumers seeking an accessible yet well-equipped compact SUV option.
